Microwave cooking recipe
Ingredients
- • 1/3cup Oil
- • 1cup Maida
- • ¾ cup Sugar
- • 2 tsp Baking powder
- • ½ tsp Salt
- • Eggs
- • 1 cup Milk
- • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- • 4 tsp Cocoa
Instructions
- Mix together maida, Half cup sugar, baking powder, chocolate and salt. Add oil, milk and vanilla. Beat satin smooth. Beat egg till thick and light. Add remaining sugar beating constantly. Fold egg mixture into beater. MH 5 mts. Cool for icing.
