Ingredients

• 1 cup oil, 1 3/4 cups sugar, 3 eggs, 2 teaspoons vanilla essence, 2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 2 teaspoon cinnamon, 2 cups of zucchini grated

Instructions

1. Mix the oil, sugar and eggs and beat them together. Sieve the flour, baking powder and baking soda together. Add to the egg mix gradually. Add cinnamon powder, zucchini and vanilla essence. Bake at 350 degree C.
